PRODUCT RETURNS

We take pride in producing a high quality product for your companion animal and great care is taken in getting products to you in “new” condition. We sometimes make mistakes; when that happens, we want to know about it. Canna Companion considers each return request thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis. Generally, customers, for any reason, may request within 30 days after ship date and Canna Companion will provide a return shipping label. Contact us directly to get started.

To our Wholesale and Distribution clients: We strive to only send you product that has a minimum of 8 months before expiration. If we have issued you product that has less than 8 months prior to expiration, an exchange of product or return for credit will be performed (without any restock fees) provided the wholesale client notifies Canna Companion within 14 days of receipt of product.

We will review your return request, and if approved, email you a return shipping label which contains a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Alternatively, you may contact customer service for a RMA number if you refuse the order from the carrier or write “return to sender” on the unopened package.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%). All returned products are inspected before any determination for a refund is made. Returned products are not eligible for refund if they have either been:

  • opened;
  • no longer in their original packaging;
  • received without notifying Customer Service or Canna Companion representative;
  • deemed incapable of being re-sold in “new” condition;
  • missing RMA number; or
  • postmarked and shipped outside 42 days after order ship date.

Regardless of the reason or nature of the return, you must obtain a RMA number from Customer Service. Returns received without the RMA number are not eligible for a refund.
