Terms and Conditions
SHIPPING
Clients/USA: Canna Companion currently can only ship within the 50 United States, this includes Washington DC. Orders received Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM PT will usually ship the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM Pacific Time will ship the next business day. Our shipping department and customer service center are closed on weekends and federal holidays. Your order will be delivered by your chosen service. You will receive a tracking number via the email provided on the day your order ships. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within two business days of placing your order. Our shipping procedures are fully integrated with the address for delivery and your selection of shipping options at check-out.
If your order has not been received within the carrier’s estimated delivery time it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and report the issue. Carrier and tracking information can be found on your order confirmation and shipping notification emails. We ship directly to the address as it was input by the customer at check out. Please make sure your address is correct to avoid order delays and carrier fees for address change.
*Note: Shipping is from our warehouse in Washington state. Carriers calculate transit times beginning the day after the package is in their possession; shipping day 1 is the day after fulfillment. USPS and UPS do not guarantee on time delivery and will not reimburse for delivery days beyond their estimated time frame. Carriers will replace mis-delivered, lost or damaged packages. Both UPS and USPS carriers have GPS tracking for location of delivery. Shipping carrier’s insurance does not extend to stolen packages. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to monitor tracking closely and report issues to the carrier first. Orders reported as not received more than 20 days after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
USPS will deliver Monday – Saturday in most areas. USPS will not deliver on Sunday or federal holidays. Claims can be started as early as 15 days after expected delivery but must be filed within 60 days. After 60 days all claims are denied by USPS and tracking proof is no longer available in their system.
UPS will deliver Monday – Friday. No weekends and only select holidays. Claims must be filed within 60 days of scheduled delivery. After 60 days all claims are denied by UPS and tracking proof is no longer available in their system.
Claims and Proof of Damage or Partial Loss of Contents:
The customer understands and agrees to retain all damaged packaging and contents until the claim is resolved, unless otherwise directed by a representative of Canna Companion. If you have received notification of loss or damage by the United States Postal Service (USPS), you will be required to bring the item, packaging and all contents, to your local Post Office for inspection. United Postal Service (UPS) may request a pickup from your location for inspection. USPS or UPS will deny claims for damage and loss if no physical proof is submitted. Photographs are helpful to start the claims process. We appreciate customer support while we work with the carriers to resolve claims or other issues. We strive to ensure our customers are taken care of and their pets receive quality supplements.
Veterinarians/Wholesale: Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is FOB from Monroe Washington by commercial freight carrier and shall be billed based on weight. The shipping cost is determined by the shipping companies, though we strive to get the best pricing we can for shipping on each order. Orders in excess of $1,000.00 are shipping prepaid in the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii will be billed by weight and shipped based on your choice of carriers.

PRODUCT RETURNS
We take pride in producing a high quality product for your companion animal and great care is taken in getting products to you in “new” condition. We sometimes make mistakes; when that happens, we want to know about it. Canna Companion considers each return request thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis. Generally, customers, for any reason, may request a return of unopened product within 30 days of ship date. Contact us directly to get started.
We will review your return request, and if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, you may refuse the order from the carrier or write “return to sender” on the unopened package. Please note, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned products are inspected by Quality Control before any determination for a refund is made. Returned products may not be eligible for refund for any of the following reasons:
- Bottle or Jar has been opened;
- No longer in original packaging;
- Received without notifying Customer Service or a Canna Companion representative;
- Deemed incapable of being re-sold in “new” condition;
- Missing RMA number or not marked as “Return To Sender”;
- Postmarked and shipped more than 42 days after order ship date.
Regardless of the reason or nature of the return, you must obtain a RMA number from Customer Service. Returns received without the RMA number are not eligible for a refund.
To our Wholesale and Distribution clients: We strive to only send you products that have a minimum of 8 months before expiration. If we have issued you product that has less than 8 months prior to expiration, an exchange of product or return for credit will be performed (without any restock fees) provided the wholesale client notifies Canna Companion within 14 days of receipt of product.
